In this mathematical study, heat flux analysis of beams designed from different materials was investigated. Structural Steel, Aluminum and Titanium were chosen as materials. Each material has different thermal conductivity properties. Thus, the effect of material type on heat flux analysis was compared. In addition, three different temperature values were used to evaluate the effect of temperature increase on the results. Numerical calculations were solved using ANSYS WORKBENCH software. The crosssectional area of the beams was determined as 15 mm x 15 mm and the beam length was designed as 250 mm. 1 mm was selected as element size in mesh operations. While temperatures of 122 °C, 142 °C, and 162 °C were applied from the left ends of the beams, temperature of 22 °C was applied from the right end. Numerical analyzes were carried out at 22 °C temperature. According to the results obtained, the increase in the temperature value causes an increase in the heat flux value of the beams. Thermal conductivity properties of materials play an important role in heat flux analysis. In other words, as the thermal conductivity value increases, the heat flux value increases. This numerical study can be used as a reference source for experimental studies involving heat flux.ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
