All participants are required to register for the congress. Each individual or institution that participates in the congress with or without presentation is obliged to register for the congress.
One participant can present one (1) papers with one registration. The form of these papers, either poster or verbal, depends on the preference of the participant.
Congress participation fee is 650 Turkish Liras per person. Participants who attend the congress from other countries shall pay equivalent amount in EURO.
All participants who attend the congress in person as audience have to pay participation fee.
Original works of art, and works such as paintings, sculptures, and designs prepared by the participants can be presented in the congress within the scope of exhibition. Participants are required to pay 650 TL for each work and also 650 TL for participation fee.
